COSPAR

Participants will be selected from applicants who are Master's students, Ph.D. students, postdoctoral fellows, and early-career researchers. To ensure strong interaction between students and their mentors, the target ratio is approximately 3–4 students per lecturer. Accordingly, the workshop aims to accommodate 35–40 attendees, with up to 20 participants from Egypt and the remaining participants from other countries in the region and Africa and the Middle East. Students from the local area (e.g., Helwan or greater Cairo) who are not staying in the hostel will still be fully included in all group social activities, including lunch and coffee breaks.The organizers will strive to maintain an appropriate balance between male and female participants at comparable levels of scientific merit. However, the above considerations are indicative only, as the final selection must be based primarily on academic and scientific qualifications, not on nationality or gender.
